What Makes This Different?
I’m not just a photographer. I’m a storyteller, a memory curator, and a visual narrator — with a background in photojournalism that taught me how to anticipate the fleeting moments others miss.
My training began at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), one of the most respected photography schools in the country. For those of you visiting Hilton Head from up north, you might already know the name — and the legacy of storytelling it represents.
Before I specialized in family portraits, I was trained to tell real, unscripted stories through the lens — capturing raw emotion, quiet glances, genuine connection, and the in-between magic that can’t be posed.
That journalistic heart still lives in every session I shoot today. But now, it’s blended with years of luxury portrait experience — creating imagery that feels natural, meaningful, and artfully composed. Whether it’s your child’s joyful sprint down a beach path or the way you instinctively reach for your partner’s hand, I see it, and I know how to preserve it with care.
If you want more than posed smiles — if you want the feeling, the story, the truth of your family right now — you’re in the right place.
