Kellie McCann of Kellie McCann Photography joins prestigious group as a Certified Professional Photographer (CPP)

Hilton Head / Bluffton, SC, November 06, 2018 –Kellie McCann, CPP of Kellie McCann Photography in Hilton Head / Bluffton, SC has earned the Certified Professional Photographer (CPP) designation from Professional Photographers of America (PPA). McCann earned this designation after completing an intensive program that measures her artistic and technical competence. Professional Photographers of America currently recognizes fewer than 2,500 CPPs.

"Even though I have a BFA from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), School of Photographic Arts & Imaging Sciences, I felt the need to test my skills and push myself further, keeping current with my shooting, lighting techniques, and visual composition.  With time, we can become stale and fall habit to bad techniques. Testing for this certification has made me realize that I too need a refresher every so often to be the best I can be in my industry and my area."

Professional Photographers of America (PPA.com/CPP) is the leading body for certifying imaging professionals.
